Terms of Service

1. The service

AP Exam Kit provides original AP study materials, practice questions, explanations, learning accounts, and related product features. AP Exam Kit is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board.

Features, subjects, quotas, and availability may change. A purchase does not guarantee a particular question, score, result, or uninterrupted availability.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase and provide the required consent on your behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and promptly telling Support about unauthorized activity. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or other sign-in credentials.

3. Pro price and first-purchase offer

The standard AP Exam Kit Pro price is USD 19.99 per month. The long-term 75% first-purchase offer is available only on the customer's first transaction, cannot be reused or transferred, and applies only as described at Checkout.

There is no free trial. Any price, discount, or tax shown at Checkout controls the transaction presented to you. The current product and sales controls may keep Checkout closed until the required launch checks are complete.

4. Renewal, cancellation, and access

A Pro subscription automatically renews each month until it is canceled. You may cancel through the available billing portal or by contacting Support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, not immediately.

When the current billing period ends after cancellation, you lose Pro access and the associated Pro benefits. Starting a new subscription is subject to the then-current price and eligibility rules.

5. Past-due grace period

If a recurring payment becomes past_due, AP Exam Kit may keep Pro access available for a grace period of up to 3 days (72 hours) from the recorded past-due start. If the account remains past_due after that grace period, Pro access is revoked. A later successful payment may restore access according to the billing record.

6. Refunds and Support

There are no voluntary refunds. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, did not receive the service you paid for, or a refund is required by applicable law, contact Support at [email protected]. Support will review the request and normally reply within 2 business days.

Do not send a full card number, password, or verification code in a Support message. We may ask for limited transaction details needed to locate the account or charge.

7. Acceptable use and content

• Use the service for lawful personal study and do not resell, scrape, copy, redistribute, or circumvent access controls.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to submit, or attempt to interfere with the service, another user's account, or its security.
• AP Exam Kit may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, content, payment systems, or the service.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, AP Exam Kit disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported devices, third-party outages, or events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rule, disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

10. Language

The English version of these terms is the formal version. A complete Chinese translation is provided for convenience; if the versions differ, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
